Dear people in the clothing industry,

Why do you hate pockets on women's clothing so much? Yes, I am aware there is this thing called "purse" but it's nice to have close, accessible pockets for bus cards and ipods. But if you want me to have my brests enjoy music too, then so be it.

Shocking revelation of the day: I think I may not talk about my work enough. A few people (namely, the_flowergirl, school friends and my aunt) seemed to think I was a full time artist. Hahahah. I WISH. But no, I have a job. I don't really talk about it much, mostly because it's so corporate. Even if I like it, talking about it is kinda well.... boring. Unless you're really into filing and website designing and event logistics planning (if so, hold on baby XD). But I work 8 to 5 in a small cubicle as a Communications Manager and then spend my evenings finishing contract, hence the lack of sleepage. I kinda wish I could a full time artist, but as they say: "In this economy, Dream on."

In dream related topics, Pixar just opened a studio in Vancouver, And they are HIRING. PEOPLE. LIKE. IT'S. ON. FIRE. Maybe you should look into that, Diane?

For Neshel: A sketch of badass chickipooes for her birthday: Elizabeth Swan, the Bride and River Tam. At first this was going to be serious, but Neshel needs so laughs nowadays, so funny drawing came along. I always though Elizabeth and Beatrix Kiddo were really polite people, when they weren't kicking your ass. Hence - TEA TOGETHER! The pile of unconcsious victims is decorative.



For Eveska: Jedah. I love his belt. Here's the concept sketch. Let me know if you like it. Also, if you have a specific pose or background that might work for him, let me know because it is hard to draw a commission when you don't know the character!

Love the twins. And by twins I means those two dorks (Link and his brother) living in Montréal. Gotta love'em.

Giant BAAAAAAAAAAAH phase right now. I pretty much just finished my contracts (top chrono - 5 minutes ago!) and now I have no more left to do. I'm only left with my personal projects (aka the comic book Rose, Slayers Steampunk and whatever else I decide to pick up.) and yet I barely feel like picking up a pencil. Without deadlines, I seem to be a real wuss. Baaaaah. Maybe I should just take a few days of break.

I did sketch out a few things slayers related though. 
Mainly this hero thing based on this post and a tiny inside joke.

Woah! I haven't updated in a while. My brain was elsewhere. Tonight, at 10h00 pm, my last exam will be terminated (yes, i have an exam that finishes at 10 pm, it's diabolical) and i'll be free! Free until january the 3rd! It's not much, but it will do!

I find it sad that I have a long list of stuff to do though: clean my room, prepare for next school session, do holiday homework, illustrate a book, find idea for another book for photo class, illustrate a doujin, etc. But, hey, the cleaning of the room (and house) is well on it's way and i'll probably finish that at least today.

Other then that, I saw Narnia. Then I saw Narnia again. It's a good movie! *_* I dragged a friend who studies in 3d animation with me and he was astonished by the beauty of the models. He kept going on on how the 3 second shot of two mermaids splashing out of water must have taken days to do. My two favorite scenes in the movie are the one where they kill poor Aslam (noooo!) and the one where the grown up children go back through the wardrobe at the end of the movie. I also like the professor a lot. How could he have such a cranky housekeeper?
