Because some people really do pick at random. And the table for kids is the last table. And they always pick from the front tables.

Jeez louise.

On another note, have everybody heard the news about the horrific DC reboot?

Starfire, we hardly knew ye.

In other comic book news, be sure to check Von Allan's Stargazer and this awesome webcomic called Plume. I do love them so :D

You know, maybe they should let more girls do these comic things. Just saying. I would draw an awesome Teen titan thing.

I would buy that book in a heartbeat!! ^_^
Normally, I'm against affirmative action. But I think DC is in desperate need of more female writers and artists. There's a reason that the only new book starring a woman that ISN'T universally hated right now is Batgirl (Gail Simone is awesome; but she can only do so much at once).

Honestly. I don't know what they are thinking. I think they are trying to go back to like... basics. But all it's creating in this day and age is softcore porn.

There's nothing wrong with an asexual hero, folks. There's nothing wrong with a sex-life either. But in both cases, you gotta do it right.

WORD!
After watching two shows with great potential die horribly because the writers sucked at writing romance; it would make me very happy to see a new show starring young characters that chooses NOT to incorporate awful romantic melodrama.
...and if they absolutely must have a romance, they need to hire someone who knows how relationships (and female brains) work.

Agreed. It's kinda why I'm happy I have someone to work with on Namesake. I can't write romance worth a damn, but i'm good at keeping characters in-character. So it's great teamwork.
