Little doodle I did on the bus...I just felt like drawing another joke with the rock-work-thingnies. I actually have one now, thanks to a friend that got my a google-eyed rock with tiny legs!

Oh my gosh! I hate when people say things like that! I always despised people that took art courses in school because they thought it would be "an easy A", but they quickly learned that they had to do actual work. Art is not easy! That's why I decided to minor in art so I won't go insane with all the work. ^_^;; (Those little work guys are beyond cute.)

God, finally, people who understand!
The way I see it, art is not hard, but it's complicated and long. You can write an essay in a day. You can't paint a picture in a day.
It requires a different kind of intelligence not everybody has.
I love the little rock people too! (Work-obsessed chatty rock things? By god! It's the spawn of Zel and amelia!)

Art is actually my favorite thing in the world, but you're right, it does require a lot more time and effort than just writing an essay. I don't think people understood that either when I would sew dolls. (I cannot sew a doll in a day, it doesn't work that way!) I like having a creative mind though. I'll take it over any other kind of smarts any day. ^_-

ho, same when I draw. I draw pretty fast so people think I can whoop up a comic book in a day. Hell no. I work harder on the comics for one thing.
I think have half a creative mind and half a logical mind is the best because people like that do art that is more researched, which is the greatest work I find!^^
Amelia and Zel must be thrilled, it's a boy! (sorta)
