Yes, yes, more Slayers. I got my boxsets of the series in the mail this week and well... That's all I watch so... Slayers obsession for now. speaking of the first seasons though; woah, did the 80's hit that hard or WHAT? Hello, weird colors and animation.

The next post will most likely be back to normal lol.

My computer still has a virus. I know where the virus is, what it does and I tried deleting it a bunch of times and it's still there. May it be cursed.

So, these comic pages are dedicated to dqbunny (some kind of xmas-birthday thing) because I owe her a drawing and that these comics are based on a fanfic she wrote, altered in image by yours truly. I promise i'll finish and send all my xmas-slash-birthday drawings one day. Life is hard with two jobs, no more time to draw (woe.)

So there you have it, a little comic about Gourry daydreaming. Before you all ask -
He wants to remain seated because of emotional and physical "trauma" due to having a pleasant dream interrupted by an angry orange blur.
Dream-Lina doesn't talk because I figured Gourry would not know what she would say in reality in that situation, so he can't imaging it.
I love naked-lina panel. Horray, random dream-nakeness.
Pocota was fun to draw.

Yup, pretty close! I love the addition of Amelia, Zel, and Pokota. That just really makes the story. I kept mulling over it all night and now I want to write a sequel to it where Lina winds up daydreaming about the same thing and blames it all on Gourry.

Slayers claims another victim... :D Randomly naked Lina was very random. It was just suddenly there, but she really has little (hee) to hide anyway. I don't blame Gourry for wanting to just sit and figure out what had happened. To go from one reality of Lina to another would be hard on anyone. ^_-

Random naked people is a common thing in my personal dreams. They are dressed, then *pop* naked for about 5 seconds and then dressed differently. I think the prop people for my dreams are indecisive.

That's funny. In my dreams people are dressed, but I never pay attention to it. They never have faces though...not that they don't have faces, I just don't seem to remember ever actually seeing them. (My dreams are usually more on feeling anyway, not visual. I blame my weak eyes!)

Pocota does seem to fit your style very well! He's not really an animal, but not quite a person either, and all-around odd-looking. ^_-

If you can't get the virus out of your registry, you might try the free download of MalwareBytes' anti-malware. You can get it on download.com. Run a full scan with it with your computer in safe mode and see if that helps. It seems to do the trick with my computer.

*giggles* That is just adorable! I think the last two panels are my favorite. Poor Gourry, not enough time in the day to day dream.

As for first season, yes, it has the oddest animation when compared to the other season. Funny thing is, an older fan once told me that when the first season first came out it was considered high quality for it's time. ^_^;

Yeah, I was watching it and the cheesy effects really reminded me of the old episodes of the time (like Sailor moon). People who say anime always looks the same are wrong; the animation has clearly changed in 10 years and now popular anime has a completly different style.
