The "communication agent" being a fancy name for spy joke was actually made many, many times. It deserved a comic.

Truly, my job pretty much resumes itself as a mix between graphist, office worker and public relations person. The firm I work for basically does documentation and communication (including databases, newsletters and events) for businesses that don't have a communication agent in house. Basically, for smaller businesses or associations without a communication department. Considering how important communications are for an organism, this pays pretty well. And there is a lot of work, so the days pretty much fly by.

I'm moving on wednesday WOO!!!!!!

Or more accuratly i'm painting and cleaning the appartment and only moving my stuff in on friday. I'm so happy.

You know, I was really worried about being lonely and stuff, but now, considering how many people I can talk to, how many projects I want to start and books I want to read, I might actually have not enough time for stuff! In a way, this solves the loneliness issue pretty well. I've got good friends, good books and plenty of art awaiting for me in this new home.

Which reminds me, i've got an exhibit in a month and didn't paint anything for it yet. Should get on that.

I just sold another painting. How cool is it that i've sold at least one artwork in every exhibit? Pretty darn cool. I'm amazed by how it's also perfect strangers that buy them. Not my friends and family or anything (They pretty much get my stuff for free by hanging in my studio space).

Stuff is going well. Minus the lack of sleep. I can't wait until I move so I can stop doing 4 hours of commuting every day. That's insane.

I find having fantasies based loosely on reality make any job much more exciting! (Take mine: sometimes I pretend the dustpan is some sort of creature that feeds on garbage, before sacrificing its stash to the much larger bins, who in turn have to give everything to the allmighty Dumpster! ..or something like that. Makes the day so entertaining!)

Communication is a wonderful, wonderful thing. Makes me glad I'm a Comm major myself!

And even more incentive for your moving in (hurray!) at last: Address is needed so I can get rid of this stuff taking up room in my room! I'm behaving and not adding anything else to it - promise!

I do stuff like that pretty often. I remember when I lived in a dorm, there was this one round spot on the carpet in the hall that just never came out no matter how often they cleaned it, and I used to pretend it was the portal to a parallel dimension.
