...Urgh.
If you sleep at someone's house and they have an outside cat, hope to god they are sucky hunters.

I almost finished setting up my room, unfortunatly not completly, so I have to go back tonigh, which kinda sucks since i'm missing the graduation of the CitĂ© collĂ©giale's 3d animators for this (I really wanted to go see!)... But I guess my own grad is a priority.

Need sleep so bad. Hopefully without morning greetings.

Also, Meme! I've been tagged...

List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're not any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now, shaping your spring. Post these instructions in your LJ along with your 7 songs. Then tag 7 other people to see what they're listening to.

1- Alive with the Glory of Love by Say Anything : heard this song in a key scene of Scrubs... The song is really good; it's about people in some kind of extermination camp that fall in love and...hum...do it a lot. It rocks though. My favorite sex song of the moment. Haha!

2- Yellow Brick Road - Raine Maida : discovered this band and song randomly on the radio while I was drawing at school. Also rockin' it's a song about people who don't really have much to do while their young and take a lot of drugs and feel lost. My favorite line of this song is "We are having a near-life experience"

3-White Rabbit - version of the murmurs : this song was sang by so many bands! But I really like the Murmur's version. It's a song based on Alice in wonderland, also a drug song though. For some reason, pop music associates magical worlds with drugs. My favorite line is "Go ask Alice, when she's ten feet tall!" this inspire the title of a book called "Go ask alice" which is the publication of a drug addicts personal journal by their shrink after she O.D. I never read the book, but there was this huge controversy about it a while back... Mainly about it's contentes and if they were true or not or worse, altered and stolen.

4- Bjork - Sun in my mouth : Dunno why I love this song right now, I guess it's just a good song to flow to.

5- How to save a life - The Fray : Yet another song picked up from Scrubs. My Tv shows are often a good source of music for me; I used to love Buffy for that. This song is about trying to talk to someone before they do something stupid. Wow - Is my playlist ever so depressive lately or what?

6- Wheel of Fortune from the pirates of the Carribean : I like this song. Woo! Sword fight! Giant wood wheel! Jack Sparrow! KRAKEN! Jack Sparrow! Yeah, it's awesome. Good times...

7-Here in your arms - Hellogoodbye : I like this band, they entertain me. I like how all the song are kinda cutesy and positive. :)

I don't really tag people for memes. Take it if you want it.

*grins* I love Yellow Brick Road too! Hehe, I really need to get my hands on it, right now I just crank the radio whenever I hear it playing.

lol, also: the cat doesn't have to be an outdoor cat to bring you gifts. XD

My kitty Rukia is only just over a year old and has caught a grand total of 13 basement mice. (None in a while though, I guess she cleaned out the colony!) At least 3 of those ended up in my bedroom. XD She had a habit of bringing me her toys to throw for her while I was in bed, and if I hadn't caught the barest hint of a tail in the near darkness I would have picked one of said dead mice up thinking it was a toy. >_< I expect I would have clued in before I hurled it across the room and out the door though...

And she caught a bird in the basement last month. Dad found her with that one though.

Getting the gift of her kill is a serious compliment though. *nodnod*

I've never had a cat, but I have heard the stories of what cats will bring into the house as "presents". I think this is one of the reasons I'm more of a dog person. XD

(By the way, I sent you an e-mail yesterday with a question about the RPG.)

Dogs do it, too, but in other ways. I still can't get over dogs loving to roll in stinky things (like manure) then come home to share the stink with everyone. ^_^; You can take the cat or dog out of the wild, but you can never completely eradicate the wild from the cat or dog.

*laughs* This reminds me of our outdoor cats bringing us "presents" when I was younger. Cookie and Blondie wanted to feed the family. I just kept shrieking and hiding inside while Mama would make Daddy or one of the boys discreetly dispose of the gifts should we offend their royal highnesses. ;)

Getting a gift like that from a cat is the cat's way of letting you know it likes you. The fact that the cat can be an outdoor cat, yet be fed every day won't stop it, either, in fact it's even more a compliment. My cats were banished to the outdoors after they grew up, but they often left us presents on the doorstep. What's funny is that if you praised them, etc., then told them to help themselves, chances were they'd be more than happy to eat their gifts. I actually got really good at drawing birds and mice since I was always finding them left at the door. I'll tell you though, be glad the intended gift was dead. I've heard of some peoples' cats bringing their kill indoors, only for it to be very much alive, then it gets loose in the house. A riot for everyone. :P

(*sigh* I really wish my parents would get another cat. What fun is it living in the country without the country kitty to come greet you when you come home? Pine..)

Good luck with your graduation! The end is very near!

lol

That's a way of cat's showing their love. "Here! I have a present for you! Enjoy!!"

Okay, I couldn't continue lurking and browsing your journal without commenting about how absolutely hilarious your comics are. They're probably the first bunch of drawings I've enjoyed reading in a long, long, long time... Probably since Azumanga Daioh. And that Webcomic I forgot the name of that was also very good and often random. I'm not much of an artist myself but I really like your style. It really suits your stories and all that.

Works are cute. I want one... but not really because that would mean I have work to do. It's like a double-edge knife.

Er, anyways, I got here through a friends journal... so I'm not random-stalkery... person....... of doom.
