No more EEE.
Nov. 7th, 2006 09:24 pmWell, Link is gone back home. Isa alone again. Not too bad. I have time to do my homework ^_^ And my hugometer is back on full so it's good.
And lo-and behold : photos! I went nuts with my camera this weekend. It was fun. I hovered around Link for a while like a giant bumble bee until he decided to steal it and have a bumble bee moment himself.

Notice all the comic books in the background.
I carved a pumking for halloween. I carved two in fact. This one puzzles me for it somewhat looks like Renge:

My other pumkin looked neurotic.

Aside from that, my essays are slowly getting done and me and my friend
tuppa_tuppa purchased tickets to go see the BARENAKED LADIES!!! Woo! Who are actually a somewhat geeky boy band. some may recall their song "One week" Yay! I'm glad i'm going ^_ ^ Good seats too.
At Link's house this weekend there was a giant party for his mother's 50's birthday. It was a white themed party because there was black lights. It was cool to see all the room and people cloaked in white. Unfortunatly, nobody told me it was a white theme and I don't really wear white because I have extremy pale skin, so white and beige make me look awfully deceased. So I came in there, almost fully dressed in black, minus my jeans and the polka dots on my dress.
The combined force of Link's mother and sister found me a pile of clothes to try on, they really wanted me to be white. Which was cool. Aside from the fact that these women are (and I find it hard to believe too) skinnier then me so some of the clothes I had trouble fitting in (thank god most of it had elastics and we're pretty loose). I ended up wearing a white medieval-ish esemble and not looking like a corpse.
My canadian art teacher is an odd woman.

Date: 2006-11-08 03:34 am (UTC)I've not been pacing (since I knew you were with Link and all), but I have been wondering just when you would surface again. The world is not right without you about! The pictures turned out great (did you change the color in Photoshop?), but I do notice all of the comics on the shelf...the nice and tidy comics up on the bookshelf...and I can't help but want to read them! (Even if they are in French, I'd want to look through them anyway!)
I really wish I got to carve a pumpkin this year. We did it with our FHE brothers, and they did all of the carving. (All I did was hollow out the inside for the guy I was working with because his hands were too big, and it was a big pumpkin!) Not many artistic people in the group, and the pumpkins looked very morbid. The one the guy I was working with carved looked disturbingly like Bert (from Sesame Street), but with a knife jutting from its head. So disturbing...
Your pumpkins look great to me! End of story. ^_-
(Black lights are neat, but they expose all of the fuzz on your clothing. I wore my black pullover to a bowling alley with black lights, then spent most of the time going insane trying to pick all of the 'glowing' fuzz off!) XP
EEK! A zombie!
Date: 2006-11-08 04:46 am (UTC)My books aren't tidy ^^;; they are actually pretty messy an on-organized, My friend tama tends to point it out. XD
I'm proud of my pumkins! Even if one ended up looking like Renge. (Too bad I din't have 7, I could have carved the whole secondworld)
I know! I saw all the lint on my clothes too!
