Well, Link is gone back home. Isa alone again. Not too bad. I have time to do my homework ^_^ And my hugometer is back on full so it's good.
And lo-and behold : photos! I went nuts with my camera this weekend. It was fun. I hovered around Link for a while like a giant bumble bee until he decided to steal it and have a bumble bee moment himself.

Notice all the comic books in the background.

I carved a pumking for halloween. I carved two in fact. This one puzzles me for it somewhat looks like Renge:

My other pumkin looked neurotic.

Aside from that, my essays are slowly getting done and me and my friend [profile] tuppa_tuppa purchased tickets to go see the BARENAKED LADIES!!! Woo! Who are actually a somewhat geeky boy band. some may recall their song "One week" Yay! I'm glad i'm going ^_ ^ Good seats too.

At Link's house this weekend there was a giant party for his mother's 50's birthday. It was a white themed party because there was black lights. It was cool to see all the room and people cloaked in white. Unfortunatly, nobody told me it was a white theme and I don't really wear white because I have extremy pale skin, so white and beige make me look awfully deceased. So I came in there, almost fully dressed in black, minus my jeans and the polka dots on my dress.
The combined force of Link's mother and sister found me a pile of clothes to try on, they really wanted me to be white. Which was cool. Aside from the fact that these women are (and I find it hard to believe too) skinnier then me so some of the clothes I had trouble fitting in (thank god most of it had elastics and we're pretty loose). I ended up wearing a white medieval-ish esemble and not looking like a corpse.

My canadian art teacher is an odd woman.

Ohhh, sepia tones...

And cute pumpkins. I haven't carved one in years. I love eatin' the innards, though (preferably in pie form).

fear the power of my SEPIA!

I carve them every year. The job gets deleguated to me, because i'm apparently good at creating designs with a knife. I like doing it ^^

Plus there's always the fun de-gooping part.

I came across this site that has all sorts of wicked looking pumpkins.

She lives!

I've not been pacing (since I knew you were with Link and all), but I have been wondering just when you would surface again. The world is not right without you about! The pictures turned out great (did you change the color in Photoshop?), but I do notice all of the comics on the shelf...the nice and tidy comics up on the bookshelf...and I can't help but want to read them! (Even if they are in French, I'd want to look through them anyway!)

I really wish I got to carve a pumpkin this year. We did it with our FHE brothers, and they did all of the carving. (All I did was hollow out the inside for the guy I was working with because his hands were too big, and it was a big pumpkin!) Not many artistic people in the group, and the pumpkins looked very morbid. The one the guy I was working with carved looked disturbingly like Bert (from Sesame Street), but with a knife jutting from its head. So disturbing...

Your pumpkins look great to me! End of story. ^_-

(Black lights are neat, but they expose all of the fuzz on your clothing. I wore my black pullover to a bowling alley with black lights, then spent most of the time going insane trying to pick all of the 'glowing' fuzz off!) XP

EEK! A zombie!

I din't change the color tones on photoshop for I discovered my camera can take sepia, black and white, color and even has a sratch and noise mode right directly in the camera! woo! I discovered that yesterday...I've only owned this camera for a year...Oh well, I discovered the joys of the timer button not long ago as well.

My books aren't tidy ^^;; they are actually pretty messy an on-organized, My friend tama tends to point it out. XD

I'm proud of my pumkins! Even if one ended up looking like Renge. (Too bad I din't have 7, I could have carved the whole secondworld)

I know! I saw all the lint on my clothes too!

You should see my books some time. I don't have nearly enough shelves yet, so most of mine are placed where ever I can find room for them. Your shelf looks perfect compared to mine!

I still need to figure my camera out. I'm still not even sure how to turn the flash off!

SEPIA POWAH!

And I put that one just to show off that yes...the man has a ratail. A long one too.

Oddly enough, this reminds me of when my friend fauve though a ratail was a sexual term for...you-know-whats. So when I kept saying "Yeah, he's got a ratail, it's getting long." My friend turned green. Then I said "He braids it now." He look of shock and horror made me realise that something was odd. She's french too, so she din't know. I explained it to her that it was the term for his braid, and the conversation just got that less weirder.

I'm not worried about scarring her though. She is after all the friend that came up to me with the life-defining question: "When super-saiyans power up, does their pubic hair become also yellow and spiky?"

How attractive.

Glad you had fun! ^_~

Lucky! You get to see the Barenaked Ladies! "One Week" is my favorite, but their "Millon Dollars" song always makes me laugh. XD

Someday, I hope I will get to see them in concert. Although, I'm hoping to also see Great Big Sea as well.
