Control, alt, delete...restart!

Okay, I realise my last post was a bit selfish. I just went up to people and said "hey you, work for me!" I should know better, After all, I hate when people go up to me and order me to draw them something.
So instead of imposing myself on people, I went into old iconLJs posts and found what I needed. I think I just might be satisfied with this batch of icons.
It's not that I didn't like the last set I did. I just felt it lacked color and the character did not have a very full range of expressions.
Anyways, here goes!

Seriously though, I saw nothing wrong with the post. Looking at the icons, I would agree they are on the bland side. (I have so few textless icons. At times they are nice, but sometimes it's nice to have something that makes the icons a bit more personal.)

I need to get back to making icons anyway. It just requires me spending the time to do so! And I'm still waiting for that inspiration to kick in... I think it's busted. ^_^; But, if nothing else, you need that image of Lina holding a piece of chalk with a zillion doodles behind her. It should be obvious why.

I,m actually pretty happy with what i've found except for two icons:

I'd like one of Lina crying (for sad posts) and one representing the artist. ^^ (I have this temporary starving artist one) For the artist I was kinda thinking to have Lina as a sketch (I know images of her like that are easy to find for they are artbook scans) or lina with a bunch of doodles or Lina eating like a pig (starving part)

So if you wanna help me out with these, it would be very welcome ^^

I didn't mind at all! I enjoy making icons and haven't done so much lately either. My writing muse has literally taken over. Feel free to grab any of the icons I posted up for you in my last post. You give so much with your art, it feels really good to be able to give back to you.

I mainly draw for myself and my own entertainement. I find it hard to see it as a giving thing *laughs*

Go look at the community sorceresses. linachu did a couple icons awhile back of when Lina cried for Gourry during Next. Her icons are really good in general and there's a lot of Lina in them as well.
