I'm a little annoyed at the people around me who are giving me crap for not putting my life on pause because of Japan. Yes, it's a tragedy. Yes, you should pause, reflect, inform and donate (I did all those things). But if you are lucky enough to be able to have a normal day, then enjoy and be thankful for it. The people in trouble don't have that luxury. Don't ignore a problem, but don't freeze-frame everything for it. Especially if you ignore all the other political and natural disasters. Stay informed, feel concerned, but don't give people crap over it, jeez.

Anyways. Thanks to everyone on my f-list who was kind enough to donate for Japan and New Zealand. You peeps are fantastic.
