Is anybody else having problems with LJ? I keep getting error messages and *your post was deleted* emails. What the hell Lj? Why do you suck? Is my journal too image heavy?

Despite that i'm considering getting a paid account again, if only for the delicious amount of icons.

The only problems I've had is that every so often LJ will tell me I have no friends page, complete with a 404 with funny sayings on it. (Usually if I hit reload the friends page is suddenly there.) Your problem is a bit odd. You ought to see if anything's mentioned on the FAQ page.

Yeah, LJ is having some database issues and is running a good bit below par.

I kept getting an error message on the homepage earlier (just saying that some "nodb" or something like that failed to load), but it didn't show up last time I checked. I haven't had any other problems like that, though.

LJ did once randomly replace one of my icons with another one, which was a little weird.

I've had that happen. It's a cookies issue of some sort, apparently. All I knew at the time was that some spooky religious icon had replaced my fabulous Colbert.

I figured it had to be something like that, and it sure makes me glad that I keep my icons saved on my computer. My glomp was gone, with shiny lips in its place (not as scary as yours must've been!).

Actually, I didn't even see it until someone else told me and sent me a screen capture. It apparently showed up differently on different systems, which makes it even weirder.

LJ is having issues today. It wouldn't let me comment on a post for a while, and it's loading slow. *shrug* They'll fix it.
