I moved. This was rather disorganized. Which is odd for me. I'm still buried in boxes thanks to forces outside of my control that take up most of my days and evenings (and these are mostly work-related forces, no fun dammit!). But it's good. I wish I knew where all my stuff was, but I guess that will have to wait for me to go thru all my junk. yipee.

In lieu of a drawing, have this awesome video instead. It cracked me up so bad. Mario fans, be warned!

I was wondering what the status was on your move! (I'll also be needing your address soon.) Good to know you were able to move..but yes, unpacking is annoying - especially when you work long hours!

(I found that video randomly a few weeks ago and cracked up, too! I'm not so much a fan of Bowser biting Peach's head off though.. Hey, did you ever read the Super Mario Adventures comic? In that Bowser captured Peach to marry her, looooooong before the N64 or anything since was even made. I love it. And now want to hunt for it online...)

Oh, Bowser, you Casanova.

Also, send the mail to my old address (aka my parents) because the mail will most likely arrive when i'm absent. When that happens, the mail is sent to some remote relativly far place. I know because me and Link had to go to fetch a modem that was sent to me by purolator.

If you send it to my Parent's and nobody's there it's left at the post office two minutes away. So, it's much easier for me to get my mail from my parents house. Please send it there! :)

I need an address to mail things to, period. ^_^; I managed to pack up my address book with my school things that are many miles away in Idaho, where it does me no good.

I used to subscribe to Nintendo Power back when the comic ran in it. I liked it, even though I know a lot of people didn't. It wasn't the best Mario adaptation (and believe me, I've seen plenty), but Friendly Floyd was pretty cool. I think the Zelda comic was probably better, though.

There was also an episode of the Super Mario Bros. Super Show where Bowser tried to marry the Princess, and his mom showed up for the wedding.

I loved the comic, but again, I used to read it with my sisters. I used to draw them Mario comics, too, but the one in Nintendo Power was so much better. What I find funny is that things seen in that comic oh so long ago (such as cross-dressing Luigi) have since been used in Mario games, especially the Mario & Luigi RPGs for GBA and DS.

Hmm...I don't think I ever saw that one. I'll have to check my DVDs when I go back home next year. (I bought them, but haven't really had the chance to watch them.)

Yeah, I remember cross-dressing Luigi appearing in both the comic and in Superstar Saga. (Isn't it funny how nobody thinks anything of people cross-dressing in children's media, but it's somehow wrong for adults?) There was also a scene in a Super Show cartoon that had Mario pretending to be a statue, and we saw that again in Super Mario RPG (in a bit that I could never get right).

The cartoon episode with the wedding is "Do You, Princess Toadstool, Take This Koopa?", which is on the first DVD set.

I remember seeing this video before. Lolz!

Glad the move went well... relatively speaking that is.
