I,m going out for sushi tomorrow, to discuss the theme of my third exhibit with my buddies! :)

I learned yesterday that apparently, birth control pills make finshies sick. The urine of people who take them goes into the water and makes fish sterile. I didn't really believe it when my friend told me, but apparently there's a few articles on the thing. I don't think it's 100% true (I mean, last week scientists discovered bottles water "might" be bad for you. Hello, vague science) but I definitly would feel bad if all my delicious fish would be sterile. Save the fish. To eat it.

huuuummmmm. Fishy fishy fishy.

But... But... I can't stop taking birth control! Silly hormones. I've got a condition where I don't have a normal female cycle because I don't make enough estrogen and need the boost for the pills. Now, as much as I'd love to stop and not deal with the WoE, it sort of makes my doctors give me evil glares of DOOM as I meekly go to the pharmacy and get back on my medicine.

Poor fish...

I did hear that about the fish a while ago. I live right next to the water, so they're always lamenting about this and that, saving the Puget Sound (which we really should), etc., etc. It is good to remember that while we have the option not to swim in our own filth, fish do not. Any drugs we have pass through our system will not just disappear. They actually accumulate far too well in water. Heck, I did a short report (for I-News) about an old mine in Montana that had been polluting the waterways in Montana and Idaho for decades, so much so they've finally had to go in and haul out all of the contaminated earth from the riverbeds, as a lot of it had accumulated at dams. (Copper and the like really is poisonous.)

Forget going green. I think it's high time we go back to natural remedies and the like anyway. I ought to embrace my Tree Hugger ways. ^_-

Me, I'm not a big fish eater. I mean, tuna I like, but other that that.

Maybe some salmon...

Oh, and we need to coordinate when/where/how to meet when you're down here so I can plan if need be.
