Considering all the costumes I put Link through, this was only a matter of time. (no pun intended)
And really can be quite annoying sometimes, but never has much as Navis I think. I dunno about you people, but after a while, I was ready to shoot the damn fairy...
Fairy: No! Lisend! Hey! You most Go THERE NOW NOW NOOOOOW!
Isa: Sure, why don't I jump to it over they PILE of BOULDERS? I'm TRYING to get there you stupid light-bug.
Fairy- HEY! HEY! HEY! LISEND!
Isa- Shut it!

Aside from that, this is gonna be somewhat of a fat post, because i've done a few drawings this week. Considering i've been quiet for a while, it will compensate.

First off, here is two drawings about my current anime Obsession: The movie of Hagaren (Full metal alchemist!)



I know most of the people who read this journal probably don't know Fullmetal alchemist, but it's a very good story. The characters drawn here are Edward and his little brother Alphonse post movie with Noah, a gypsy telepath that Edward rescues in the movie.

I really like the relantionship between those three characters. At the end of the movie, you see them as a good family. The movie ending sucks for another female character (Winry) most fans wanted to see her end up with Edward. She was pretty much left behind, which is unfortunate, by both brothers when they skipped off to another world.

But on a personal level, I do like the Edward/Noah coupling. And I think Alphonse is most huggable. He's a very cute 14 year old, that he is. ^^

The movie is very well done and the images are pretty. It's the ending of the series though, so you can't grab it and watch it just to get an idea of what Fullmetal is all about. Seriously. If you do so, you're ruining the ending for yourself big time.

It's a bit of a violent series, but it's a lot of fun.

I din't really respect the height difference between Noah and Edward in my drawings ^^;; For shame. He's supposed to be ultra-short (it's a running gag in the series)

I though Anlise's little reference to her buying underwear to Renge would be a funny scene. I picture her in a market place trying to purchase some underpants while teasing her friend. Renge's face in this picture screams out "I don't freaking know you." while Anlise's is saying "Tease, tease, tease."
I really like the friendship between those two characters (best friends apparently) that savvyliterate chose to illustrate. I mean, you gotta be close friends to know the content of each other's underwear drawer.

Anlise- How about these Renge?
Renge-I don't need underpants.
Anlise-Sure you do.
Renge-I don't know you.
Anlise-C'mon, it will help you find a boyfriend!
Renge-I don't need a boyfriend.
Anlise-Then you should get a cat.
Renge-I hate cats.
Anlise-Then you should get a goldfish.
Renge-Goldfishes are boring.
Anlise-Then you should get a boyfriend!
Renge-I'm going to go buy a bushel of carrots now. Don't follow me.
Anlise-Oh, these are purple! They match your hair!

Oh! on a last note, people asked me why I never cleaned up my drawings on here, aside from the colored ones. 
It's a method of protection. It's hard for people to steal "unfinished art" without having them transform it and therefore making it different. It's easier to track down assholes that way ^^

I'm also just lazy.

Cute drawings! I love FMA.
I personally don't mind the pairings in FMA, but I do love Winry with Ed. It's more heavily touched upon in the manga than in the anime. This Noa character sounds cool. I haven't seen the movie yet, but I really want to now. XD

Aw, I love Navi! I was so sad when she left at the end of the game, and I really missed her even more when you got the other fairy in Majora's Mask that was no help at all! I used to walk by a door multiple times just to hear Navi freak out at me. I'm mean... ^_^;;

I'm already so lost on the RPG! I think you and dqbunny are swapping too many notes while my internet is down. Ah well. So long as you guys are having fun...about underwear...

(And yes, I see the FMA pictures. I saw a few episodes of the series, but I couldn't get into it. It weirded me out in that way that makes me want to forget I ever saw it. The concept is cool, but the imagery gets to me...) XP

*giggles* I was trying to think of other ways Renge could utterly humiliate herself and figured that it would be among the simplest.

Anlise: Well, there was the time that Renge got possessed by the soul of the old town drunk and I finally found her five hours later tossed to the wind and singing at the top of her lungs.
Renge: Shut it. Now!
Anlise: Though, the next day the mayor came by and told Renge that if she ever tried to sing again that they'd arrest her.

You were actually on the night Isa and I did notes for a lot of this. I'm trying to make sure that some of the important plot elements come out, but in a way that doesn't betray Anlise's character because she doesn't know everything that I know.

As for Navi, I'm with Isa. I wanted to stab her with many sharp, pointy things during Ocarina of Time. She was good for helping you find stuff, but she just got on my nerves. Though now I want to play the game again and I should be cleaning/packing!

At first, I liked the idea of Navi, because fairies are cool, but after a while, I found her annoying. She was obviously there because 3d was still new and she was pretty useful in preventing us from getting lost...But sometimes the NPC would glitch and she would never shut up.

Me and Meg didn't get too far. We just decided we wanted Renge to get possessed by spirits a lot. Spirits of the dead that stay around their shops basicly. Obviously, Rawl seems to be one of them that decided he liked to live in Renge.

The death and who is Rawl, as well as the shops, was all described in the character descriptions.

The whole friendship between the two characters was mainly an idea of the prolific bunneh.

I'm starting to get the impression that having you and me together in close physical proximity will either produce great things or would cause the U.S. to throw up a 10-foot wall to keep me out of Canada.

That's pretty much how I pictured Anlise and Renge over the whole underwear thing. ^_^ This is what I had in mind when I wrote the scene:

Anlise: Happy birthday, Renge! *shoves box at her*
Renge: You bought me underwear?!?!?!?!?
Anlise: Aren't they pretty? Look at the purple and blue ones. I made sure they matched your hair and your eyes. You've such pretty hair.
Renge: No. No, no, no, no, no! *shoves box back at her* There are many things you have bought for me over the years, Anlise. The sand clock that has glittering multi-colored sand. That shipment of infamous sexual poses of Miria that you suddenly put on display in my shop.
Anlise: But, those sold out in three hours...
Renge: But, this is too much! Besides, I have perfectly serviceable underwear! Now, take it back.
Anlise: I can't take them back.
Renge: And why not?
Anlise: *beaming cheerfully* I've burned all your old underwear!
Renge: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you write Renge, I'm not sure how you'll have her look at Anlise in particular, but I figure that they're pretty close and that Anlise being Anlise, she'd call Renge her best friend and throw her completely off-guard.

Renge: Why the hell did you go through my drawers and burn all of my underwear??
Anlise: Well, there was a little nest of moth eggs in the back of the drawer and some of them had impressive holes in them.
Renge: You're the one who forgets to eat, sleep, clean and do the laundry if I don't remind you!
Anlise: But, at least my underwear doesn't have any gross holes in them. Now, yours don't either!
Renge: ...
Anlise: *ignoring Renge* It's the least I could do for my best friend.
Renge: Huh? Since when am I your best friend?
Anlise: *distracted by book* Hmm? Dunno. For awhile. We have lots of fun together, don't we? And you need someone to watch over you.
Renge: *thinking* Aren't we getting this one backwards?
Anlise: And, I care for you a lot too. So, I've decided that you're my best friend. *sticks her nose in book*
Renge: *thinking* Best friend, huh? Never had one of those before... Ah, well. If I have to be saddled with one, suppose I could do worse.

I'm loving the FMA piccies. Very recently I got into FMA and have watched the whole series and then the movie and I really loved it. I would recommend it to anyone else. I agree it can be pretty violent at points but I think it's such an excellent series. It would be one of my favourites but Slayers takes the number 1 position always. ^^

My favorite series are Slayers, FMA, Bleach, Chrono Crusade, Kenshin and Battle angel Alita. I prefer the manga for most of these, aside from FMA and Slayers.

I really like Noah and Ed together. Not to mention Alphonse is just huggable. You might notice Ed has a cane in the drawings. It's because I did those drawings are sketching out a few pages were Ed as an accident with his leg, because he took the auto-mail off for maintenance.

I'll have to ink those at some point.

FMA was a good series and I did saw/enjoy the movie. I thought it was a good ending. I do wish that Winry could have joined Ed and Al at the end, but I do like Noah. So, I'm happy.

The Renge and Anlise scene made me laugh. It looks like the RPG will be lots of fun. ^_^
