Long nights make for though mornings

I haven't really had the time to draw and it makes me sad. It's been a crazy week. Lots of contracts to finish, long work days and of course, the Montréal exhibit to prepare. Yup, it's this weekend, me, my friends and our contemporary quilt are headed to Montréal. The exhibit happens on the 28th. Click here to see the website I created for our art group...

I decided not to apply to any more contracts after Montréal. Seriously. I'm tired. I want to have the time do do fan-comics and draw my own stories. I'm gonna keep maybe 1 contract (a regular easy-money one), i'm gonna draw my comic Rose, i'm gonna draw more stuff for the blog and for fandom and i'm going to apply to galleries, because even if I apply now, I will only get space for an exhibit in 6 months. I also want more of a social life for the next two months. Isa needs time to refresh brain and find inspiration again. I feel a little created out. 

Plus I need time to developp some watercolor painting techniques. I want to try doing a comic page in watercolors. It could be so pretty!

It is also Link's birthday this week. How convinient for him; i'm obligated to go to Montréal this weekend for my exhibit. He's very happy XD
