Heh, i'm a bit of an idiot. I didn't realize it was April's Fool's until I got pranked by like 5 webcomics and artists. Nice work guys. I approve. This kinda shows that I get my dates mixed up way too much. I wish I had a bit prank for you guys, but I totally don't... Lame, I know *laughing* BUT!!! I've been drawing a few hilarious things. Stories about my childhood involving cats and sofas. So hopefully my next few updates will be panel flavored!

This was really relaxing. I totally earned this. And totally chilled. It was awesome. I feel ready to get back into crazy artist work. I even went out with real people. And had myself two delicious drinks.

I want to draw really complicated drawings that look like dreams. Do any of you have animals in your dreams? I always seem to have wolves and cats. Seems like those two should not be together. Dream animals would be such a good theme.

I'm off to Ottawa for the weekend. Seeing family, friends and apparently getting wrapped up in wedding preparation (for a friend, not me). Food and hugs and dresses, oh my!

This week was so quiet and calm. This Friday I feel warm and comfortable. Like i'm in a a duvet cocoon. Hummmmm.... cocoon.

Clearly, I don't have much to talk about when i'm relaxed. *laughs*

Have an Alice and Lewis Carroll picture :

You can check my "dream" tag to find all of the animal dreams I've had. I haven't had any lately, but every so often they crop up. One year I kept dreaming about bears, and then later it was cougars and tigers. My deceased pet cats sometimes show up in my dreams as well. I really find it all fascinating as it is scary, because even if I see something dangerous (like the cougars) in my dreams, if I don't feel scared of them in the dream, I don't really see them as something to be feared. But, when my cats walk across their path, that's another story.

Heck, a couple years ago I had an animal dream that involved my nearly being trampled by a rampaging elephant, and not a day later a friend cut all ties with me. Both took me completely by surprise, but I was able to survive both. Actually, having the elephant dream really helped me make sense of what happened with the friend. Sometimes these dreams are useful. Actually, that's a lie. They're always useful, so long as I understand their meaning.

Oh man, a rampaging elephant would be pretty scary too. In real life, the rampaging ones are terrifying.
