The trailers for Kung Fu panda 2 and Puss and Boots are now available online (click on the name to see the videos). I have no idea how good these movies are going to be, story-wise. I'm hoping they will rock. Then again, I like Dreamworks and their films, so i'll probably be happy with the result. And you really can't trust a trailer. However, I can honestly say that visually these movies look stunning. I mean, WOW. Especially Kung Fu panda. The colros, the fur, the fabrics. DAMN.

I also hope they will reference the original fairy tale in the Puss in Boots movie. Just... Because.

Wow!! the original Kung Fu Panda was one of those movies that I did not expect to like as much a I did. The trailer looks totally amazing. :D Really looking forward to it now, hehe. :)

Is Rango coming out over there yet? That's another one I'm looking forward to seeing.

Hopefully this will be another good year for animation. 2010 was a FANTASTIC year. ^_^

*note to self, watch all of Kung Fu Panda 1 at some point*

The trailer for KFP2 looks really nice, I especially love how the town looks like an actual old Chinese town that I visited years ago (minus the dirt, grim, and the pollution of course). Will also be interesting to see what viewers in China think about this movie when it's released there, considering their reactions to the last movie.

I don't see what the plot is for the Puss in Boots movie though...besides making Puss look cool, which they did a very good job of, btw.

My mother enjoyed the first Kung-Fu Panda, I just gotta make her see the second. 8D

Since we have yet to actually see China, these movies are as close as it's gonna get. D:

And I didn't know about Puss and Boots! :O

I admit to looking forward to KFP2. I hope Puss is good too because he was my fave character in the Shrek movies.

KFP2 looks awesome. I liked the first one and was hesitant about the trailer for the second one, but it looks impressive. The Puss in Boots trailer... the jury's still out on that one. I loved him in Shrek, but Shrek has sort of been played out and I'm not sure if Puss is "leading man" material. =\

Puss was always my fav... I hope they let him keep his hat and rapier though. I dunno it just completes the look.

They kinda closed the door on Shrek himself with the last movie, but I guess they just can't let go of the franachise. I loved PIB, given Banderes' voice and the big eyes ploy. I do hope they do a decent job with story and other characters.

KFP1 practically shrieked "sequel". Let's keep our fingers crossed that movie 2 and PIB don't suffer from "sequel-itis" with the trailers being the best things about them!
