Emma is going to be in so much trouble!

Namesake's fourth chapter starts next week. Here's the cover! Yeah. Usually, I'm more in advance then this. I really dropped the ball. Bad artist, bad. I really like the mood of this cover. It really feels like a dark thunderstorm and heavy rain is going to start. And the ghostly figure there... she's going to cause some trouble. Emma looks a bit more badass then usual. But the characters is expected to gain several levels of badassery as the story goes by (then, when she gains enough levels, she'll evolve to her next form... no wait....)

This is probably going to be one one of my favorite chapters to draw. Except no, not really. And yes. I have to draw a lot of vegetation. That's long but fun.

So, to confirm things, YES, I am going to the TCAF for reals. I got a ride, a place where I can hang out (my editor's booth) and probably a book (Jabberwocky), so i'll be around. I'll let you guys know more details closer to May. There's so many people I want to see while i,m there... Gosh that weekend is going to be amazing.

I think i'm going to make a little dent in my banking account and buy some dvds this week. For almost all the month of March, i'm going to be an anti-social hermit since drawing Jabberwocky is going to take all my free time. But inking for hours without entertainment is BORRRING. I need to score some new Tv series. Maybe Castle? Maybe I could buy Star Treck. Or Buffy. I can't buy anime though, since I can't read subtitles while I work. Boo. Fullmetal alchemist has a decent dub though... hummm...

Or I could just do what the rest of my friends are doing and watch "My little pony". Yeah.

In other news, as some of you may know, my boyfriend Link as a braided rattail. Well, it's gone now. Choppity-chop. I kinda miss it in a way. It was a nice boyfriend-handle I could grab. Now Link kinda looks older. He even wears clean "adult-mister-person" shirts. Well, I guess he's gonna turn 27 next week... Wow, time sure flies.

I swear to god i'm going to find interesting subjects for posts soon. What's with all this rambling?

Superb cover! :D The pitch black area is shocking with its, well, simple pitch blackness compared to the rest of the picture, and it sets quite a mood!

Hetalia has an excellent dub, actually, and I actually prefer watching it dubbed since otherwise you have to read subtitles really fast. Quick snippets of world history, wrapped up in stereotypical accents and attitudes. I love it!

I'm told Twelve Kingdoms has an excellent dub, but I've yet to watch it dubbed. Hmm...might be time to marathon it and find out for myself.

I would recommend Castle, but you can watch my copy to decide if it's worth buying or not. (Actually, the dub for Pretear is rather good, I watch it over the subtitled version.)

Also, you need to watch My Little Pony. The funny thing is, just about every guy I've run into is enjoying the series too. XD

If I may suggest a show, It's something I've been watching lately. Its a comedic-detective show called Psych. It's awesome. :) And I'd recommend just subscribing to Netflix. As many movies as you want. Whenever you want them. You can watch some TV shows online too, like Psych. I watch all 5 seasons online. And it beats the heck out of buying a new DVD every week. :D

If you want something to watch, while working You~ Should~ Watch~ Glee~ haha. Its funny, cheesy and full of AMAZING music :-) haha . . but then again alot of people are against watching it. BUUUT if you love musical theater, You will love it!!!

Oddly enough, I tried watching Glee. A few times. And despite being a fan of musical theatre, I just could not get into it. Maybe it's the setting? The characters? The fact that it's a big joke that people take too seriously? I don't know. I just never got it. Sucks for me, really. The choregraphies are really nice though! and the singing of course.

The actors in that show are good singers. But the stories feel like generic, crappy teen soap operas and they take a lot of unnecessary (and worst of all, completely unfunny) cheap shots at Conservatives. :P
