Other then that, it's been a while since I posted anything, times have been crazy. My job takes up all my time because my crazy boss ignores the law and tries to make me work 6 to 7 days a week. I'm currently trying to find another job so I can quit that one before I do a burn out.
My relantionship with my boss as gone sour. It's really no more fun at the bakery. I'm the only full-time employee and yet, despite the fact that they really need me to fill a LOT of hours, they treat me with no respect. I don't get paid overtime, I don't get a day off when I need one (I tried taking one for my birthday and my boss took it back because apparently nobody else can work weeks!) and i'm sick and tired of hearing the cook's and my bosses disgusting jokes at women's expense. Urgh.
Now i'm trying to quit and my boss is expecting me to linguer for a month or so in order to train "new" employees he is not even doing anything now to hire! Not to mention i'm tired of other employee's bullshit: one of my coworkers is super nice, but the others are complete bitches. They are rude to the customers, never clean anything and never do any extra shifts then the one single shift they have leaving me with the rest! Not to mention they get days off from THEIR ONE SHIFT everytime they ask.
AAAAAARGH!

On a more positive note: I got all my grades for the university. My lowest grade is a B+ !!!! Kick ass! I'm like the Hermione of Ottawa U!
I also drew this Avatar fanart for Earthstar. I think I did a decent job, considering I know nothing of Avatar! *laughs*

I don't support the Kikyo/inuyasha pairing (considering she's dead it's kinda doomed) but I have enormous respect for the character and the suffering she represents, hence I hate kikyo bashers! I also hate amelia bashers, so I'm way behind you on that. And Zel/amelia coupling bashers...Graw! Why do these people refuse to accept that the series is that way? It's canon for pete's sake!
Out of curiosity, why do you like chocolate/Tira couple? I can see how they work as a great lesbian couple, but aren't they sisters? I might be wrong...it's been years since I read or saw any sorcerer hunter but still...

Amelia/Zel is canon, and that's the problem of those stupid bashers out there. I just ignore them. <.<
I hate Sylphiel bashers, too. They're just jealous of her, or something.
On another note, I also deeply support and care for Lina/Amelia as my favorite lesbian pairing.
Yes, they're sisters. Don't hurt me for saying this, but I have a fetish for incest pairings. :X Yes, this also goes for Amelia/Naga, and if you're not comfortable with it, I just won't mention it. :X Cuz I know some people don't like it, so, yeah.

Bashers are evil. Evil. I do like them. I used to be attacked by them a lot back with my old Lj. Bashers like to attack fanartists I think when we don't draw their couples. Grr. Abuse to artists!
And I don't mind the incest, I actually like series like Angel Sanctuary where the main couple is a brother and sister (which you really should read if incest is your thing. Honestly. A lot of people hate that series because it's very flagrant) I just wonder about where people see it. Amelia and Naga for instance...they barely know each other. Then again, people tend to see the wildest things in the littlest things (one of my friends claimed there was a crabble/snape couple because of ONe single vague sentence in one book. Talk about searching high and low!) But in the end, fandom is for fans to have fun, so bashers should not exist, and everybody should be entitled to love every single couple they want ^^
And Kikyo kicks ass. ^^

Date: 2006-05-30 09:08 pm (UTC)I saw Angel Sanctuary, a long time ago. I think that's what got me into liking incest pairings, although it's obvious I go more for the female/female ones. ;)
It's true that if Amelia and Naga were to meet again, they would barely know each other, and it would take time for them to reach that point.
