Drawing covers is awesome

I love drawing covers. I really do. I enjoy using pretty strong strokes of pure color. I think it's in part because I can't really color with photoshop. But it does give things a specific style.

Thanks to my friend Tama, Link and I started watching the "Big Bang Theory". It's an hilarious geeky show! And the theme is sang by the Barenaked Ladies (PERFECT band for that - and i'm not just saying this because they are one of my favorite band, they truly are a geek band). My only regret is that there is no artsy geek girl. That's a fun stereotype, amiright?

I think there's a lot of lady geek tropes they could use in that show, but don't, and it makes me feel a tiny bit left out. Still, all the boys are funny, and I know people like them, so I enjoy it very much.
And BNL was the first band I ever saw on stage. They rock so much.

I think being able to color without photoshop is a great talent! I really like how you control the depth and strength of color and black lines.
