Ever get those crystallized moments where after a long rut, you suddenly realize you're back? You're yourself again?

You guys remember reading about my mentioning (*whining about*) the fact that I felt inspired, in a rut, didn't want to draw or write anymore, blah blah blah. Well, it seems the rut is nearly over. I feel happier and more motivated then I have in a while. I spend whole days doing nothing but drawing. I'm writing scenarios like i'm on fire. And i've got so many joke ideas for the journal.

I feel so much better and stuff is starting to roll again. Just today, I brought a bunch of drawings to be sold at La Gallery, a comic-themed gallery in Montréal (the drawing in this post is one of them). I'm drawing, writing, exhibiting again. And it feels like my soul came back or something.

And i brought cookies with it.

FINALLY.

That is so true. I've gotten into the habit of drawing or working on one of my fan project every night after I get out of lab; it's probably the only thing that keeps me sane and I dread the thought of running out of juice. So hey, it's good to hear you've got our mojo back and we can all keep on trekking. ;)

YES.

I am so happy for you! I was there myself just a little while ago if you remember. The feeling of being able to create freely again and not be so overwhelmed and stressed that it's impossible is amazing. I'm glad that you found your spark again. :3 I know I'm overjoyed that I found mine lol.
