 Here it is; the final costumes for the Slayers steampunk..



Don't everyone look awesome? I especially like Amelia. I wanted to do a photolike pose so I can add a background and color it sepia style. Oh yeah. I hope you guys look forward to reading it. I'm hoping the reception of this fic written by Earthstar and drawn by moi will be good and not a "oh hell, another alternate realiy fic!" Trust me when I say; you'll never expect what's going to come up in it XD

Aside from that, i'm currently working on my own new banner for the Lj. I like this one. I decided to go for less characters this time. The first theme was panel. This one was inspired by a lyric in a song I suddenly heard on the radio... "Photoshop the horizon!" Now if I only knew what the song was? anyways, it's basically very simplified. The background turns into colors. A single work is present, a yellow brick road runs towards the horizon and on it the Slayers cast will be walking. I like this banner. It's kinda peaceful...



Spent the evening working on storyboards, cleaning and packing. Off to Montréal for the weekend. Yay!

Oh, that is awesome! It really looks like it could be a photograph of the gang. Zel looking deadpan, with Lina striking a pose--it's perfect! ^__^ Their outfits are excellent, too.

I do like the banner! You're right, it's very open and peaceful. ^^

Awesome! The outfits fit each of them perfectly. I love Amelia and Lina's outfits. I want her goggles! Even if no one ends up liking the fic, it's not going to stop me from writing. I'm having too much fun. ^_~

Speaking of which, you'll be happy to know that I'm currently editing the prologue and chapter 1 of the fic. I'll be e-mailing you them probably by Sunday at the latest. I'm also going to try to type up the outlines for Part 2 and 3 sometime this weekend, since I think I got the plot for them both figured out.

Also, I like the new banner. It has a nice calm/artistic feeling to it.

At the rate I'm going, I *might* get the first 4 chapters done within the upcoming weeks. *crosses fingers* Here's hoping.

Admit it, my major dislike for dresses has seeped into your consciousness... A sepia-tone picture would look really cool! (On that note, have you ever read Lackadaisy? She loves using that color scheme for her whole comic, and the look is impressive!)

I like the fact both your and Pascal's face are turned away from the viewer and to the path ahead of you. (The fact your hand is reaching back for his only adds to what I think of this picture!) Man, I'm still excited for that upcoming future event!

(So what colors are you going to use? Will the dress be frilly? The cake chocolate? The groom only...half-hot?)
