What a fun time of year to have the anniversary! Mine's right after Christmas, I think... (That means everyone has to give me presents! *evil laugh*) And anyone who can't see someone is a talented artist just because they keep their drawings in pencil is very blind. Pencil is an art medium, too!
That would definitely be scary getting yelled at like that. She must have been tired, and possible pestered too much by other customers about the store order to have understood just what you said. (Got to love when that happens...)
