Just watched the new "How to train your dragon" direct to DVD short. It was pretty good! they cut back on the lighting and textures, but the expressions are still wonderful and the characters too. Gosh. With this, the new Avatar comic, and Adventure Time, and the new BRAVE trailer (ohmygosh) I just really feel in the mood to draw fanart all over. *flutters* But real work comes first. So i'll probably spend the weekend drawing dragons and Celts. HEHEHEHEHE.

Yes, celt art! MUST DO! I'm working on a comic happening in Ireland too, so i,m doubly motivated.

Really?? Hehe, give yourself more credit! :D You don't suck at colors at all! I think almost every piece of work I've seen you post that's colored, I've always really liked your palette and use of color. Seriously! It's always really graphical and... well, hard to describe, but BOLD, I guess. ^^

I heard disappointing things too, but the art is nice and also, it's not out yet. So honestly, I prefer to forge my own opinion, or at least wait for reviews based on more then the previews.

I am curious about this short. When I bought the HTTYD DVD, I also got another DVD free with it, another story from the same world with the same character. I never watched it. lol.
