I think it was in R...Minako's police-officer friend/partner from England came back to visit her, and in a flashback we see that the two of them had cornered a criminal in a warehouse. Sailor Venus/Minako goes in to confront him, and he drops what I think is a Molotav Cocktail, and the building explodes. But of course, Minako's fine. ^_^
