Oo, that is an interesting idea to try. It sounds kind of like it would end up looking like a mural ( much like your doodle looks) which is a really cool idea. One of my friends often draws and paints like that and the way colors and shapes can just blend together into a single drawing can look really stunning!! Looking forward to seeing you try that! ;)
For the Wii I also suggest Okami (one of my favorite games like EVER!), Kirby's Epic Yarn, and Epic Mickey. Or! My silly and pathetic fangirl also reminds me to say there's HTTYD and Tangled games, too. ^^
