I love the pose! I've seen quite a few "Zutara" pieces that have her in her underwear, so you're definitely not alone there. X)
A Sokka piece is an excellent idea should the inspiration ever strike you. There's a freedom there too because you could almost pick any female in the series and a lot of people would still love it.
