Putting the Myth in Mythology part 02

Mythology jokes will never die. Hilarious forever!
This one plays with the myth of Leda, who got to do it with Zeus in Swan-format, and also a little stab at poor Cassandra.
News wise. Well, I seem to be not sick anymore! But Link is. Tomorrow, i'm doing a late shift (noon to 8h30). Wednesday I plan to hang out with

A few of you might remember me talking about being dissatisfied at work. mostly because tech support felt a bit like a dead end for me. I tried looking around a bit and failed some interviews. I ended up talking to my boss and engaging plan "B". Plan "B" being, instead of leaving a job, discuss it and see if it's possible to move on up. Well, I got my annual evaluation today. People at my job like me. I earned some extra money as a bonus, which is nice, and also managed to get more responsibilities, mostly with marketing rather then tech support. So, good news for me. I can rest easy and not worry so much about jobstuff for now. I'm willing to give these new responsibilities the old college try. In part because this job has a lot of nice things (I like the people and the flexibility) and also because I despise looking for work and starting new jobs. Hey, stress away from work is stress I can invest in my art life instead. Wee.
In any case. Time for bed. :D
Isa doing good.

Seriously though, Zeus was all kinds of messed up. Of course I have to wonder about ancient Greeks who would want to
have sexcopulate with a swan. A swan! (Clash of the Titans even showed him approaching his victim as an eagle. What. The. Heck.)Eat broccoli. Always eat that broccoli. (And see, there you go again sucking away your time. What am I going to do with you?)

I glad the job situation is working out! It sounds like your bosses are at least a little supportive, which can make all the difference in the world!

And it's just hilarious that the King of the Greek Gods is nothing more than a huge man-whore who would be right at home on the Jerry Springer set! No wonder that religion didn't stand the test of time!
And yay for a Namesake release date *marks calender*

It's great that you were able to get some bonuses! As long as that works out, then it definitely beats having to look for another job.
