Six years is pretty long. But i'm happy it lasted this long. Me and Link celebrated our sixth anniversary this weekend by doing nothing special. *laughs* that was the plan. the last few times we saw each other there was always a lot of stuff going on, so we wanted to spend some time doing pretty much nothing together. It felt great.

I've got quite a bit of things to do this week. Work has decided to be evil. I only got home at 9pm today when it was suppose to be an "easy" day. Urgh. That's 12 hours of work. Not cool. I'm thinking a few shifts are gonna be like that this week. I need to really get my ass into gear this week and draw. I'm far far behind on "Rose" and one other project such as coloring banners and Slayers steampunk. I also need to clean my house big time. On friday, it's this year's Grad Show at the Ottawa University and I want to check it out since several of my friends are part of the graduates.

I'm hoping i,ll ba able to concentrate more on being productive this week. Last week I really wasn't thanks to Avatar: the last airbender. I watched 3 seasons in a week and a half. I'm sad to admit that I didn't do much else then marvel at animated characters who control the elements. And it was awesome!

Aside from that I guest starred in Lycorne's journal and updated my deviant art account with stuff.

I hate it when work becomes evil. Evil work is evil. My work is more Neutral Good and then there are the times when it's Chaotic Evil, but those are rare...

In don't hate evil work because of all the work. I really don't mind long hours and being busy. But it would be okay if I had nothing to do at home. But I have drawings to finish and stuff too... So the long hours bother me because they reduce the number of free hours I have, which I have to separate among drawing work, chores and fun. So fun gets reduced. A lot.

I can empathize. Even though I don't do any artistic projects, I still like having free time to relax and stuff, and working late tends to interfere with that. Especially if you've had a hard day and just want to unwind, like in my case many times.
