I couldn't write a lemon at all before I dated Jeff and had an intimate relationship. I actually wrote my first lemon as a challenge to myself as a writer to see that I could do it. Then I realized that I enjoyed looking at a loving relationship from that angle and decided to get better at it. Really, this is the only pairing I've ever been motivated to do that with.

And if it makes you feel any better, I still have trouble reading lemons too. ;)
