I decided to not buy the IY manga a while ago, because rumiko takahashi as the nasty habit of going on forever, and usually become a little boring after a while. I did watch the IY anime, and movies, and read about 20 of the books (horray for public librairies). I'm not sure why they make her (or she herself) stretches out the story so much. Or rather, does this eird thing that she did with Ranma of bringing her characters together and them separating them again so the plot can go on.
