The art of customer service should not be lost on people - even if you just work for them. I hope a customer didn't see her!

That's the sad thing about small businesses. I love them dearly, but it'll take forever to get stuff in. When I was in Maine, I went by this one small bookshop near the paper and decided to take a chance and pre-ordered some manga from her. The manga came in two months after Waldenbooks got it and the lady was really snippy, so I just ignored her from then on out.
