Monkeys!

Since I am totally ruining the twin’s lives on Namesake via flashback, I decided it would be nice to draw them happy, for once. So, here’s Selva and Warrick, with winged monkeys, because nothing puts a smile on my face like a monkey that can fly. And since these guys are inhabitants of Oz, you can sure bet they got to play with those silly flight-powered monkeys. Warrick is without his trademark cloak (dubbed feathercoat by friends), but you can clearly see large marks on his body… what are those? You’ll find out in a few pages!

In other news, I'm pretty excited because the new Avatar - Legend of Korra opening was leaked on the internet. Yep, i,m a nerd. A giant nerd. This just makes me want to draw Aang, so i,m totally going to go draw Aang for a while. It's a bit silly, but among the imaginary characters that I adore, Aang is in the top 10. I kinda wish I could be as fun and positive as him. Be my spirit animal, Aang. 

Oh, wait, I forgot, my spirit animal is a crow.

Oo! Will definitely be reading to find out what those markings are! ;) And I've always thought that flying monkeys would indeed make the perfect pet. Forget hippopotamuses, I want a flying monkey for Christmas! XD
