Man, being sick when you have a lot of work to do is the worst. Is there any way you could see a doctor as to why you seem to be getting so sick all the time? Maybe it's an autoimmunity thing. It's quite worrisome.

Take it easy when you can and try some light stuff to try to eat, like unbuttered toast or applesauce or something gentle on the stomach.
